BBC News reports that an italian village recently had a large sun mirror installed to reflect light down from the top of the mountain, into the valley. I think it’s a great idea, not to be confused with an 8yr old using his watch to kill a bunch of ants.

On a serious note, I’m sure their are some creative solar ideas that can use this concept to help generate more electricty via the sun.. Maybe a satellite, so large, that it reflects the sun’s light, even at night…..
