Do you remember the “Urban Assault Vehicle” in Stripes?

Hopefully you’re old enough to remember the classic movie, Stripes, It featured the EM-50 Urban Assault Vehicle driven by Bill Murray and Harold Ramis (both of Ghost Busters fame.)
Well, it looks like the chinese have their own Urban Killing machine. The Chinese gov’t finding it difficult to cart to jail so many ppl that speak out against the government, has devised a better solution – the portable electric chair (so to speak.)

Shouldn’t this thing have spikes coming out the front? Maybe some 24" saw blades coming out the sides…
